Glass Fusing & Slumping: Introductory Course

A rare opportunity to make some delicious 2D & 3D glass pieces. No art experience necessary! Techniques covered include fusing and slumping, glass cutting, kiln operation, compatibility testing of different glasses, creative design techniques and effects, mould design and construction. We will supply clear "float" glass. Glass artist and lecturer, Richard Fry is a graduate of Claremont School of Art & Curtin Uni. He has taught and been the technician in the art departments of Curtin Uni, TAFE and ECU and KIDOGO.
